Extra Gavin Chester Clinic Monday 11th June

There will be an EXTRA Gavin Chester clinic on Monday 11th June after the freshmans of the 10th since the clinic on Saturday 9th has filled and already there are only a couple of spots left in the higher levels of the Monday clinic.

Payments must be made in advance of these clinics by direct transfer of bank deposit to the account details on the left here...

Also, Gavin will be again at the freshmans on Sunday 10th, coaching each round in ring 1 as he did on the last freshmans day on May 13th. Even if you have not managed to get a spot in the clinics, you can still benefit from Gavins instruction at the freshmans so remember these dates he in June, because you can also get much from watching and listening which all are welcome to do.

The Sale Showjumping Club holds general meetings on the First Wednesday of every month unless otherwise notified, at 7:30pm in the Champions room at the Sale Greyhounds Club. All members are welcome. Any items of business to be brought to the meeting should be notified by email or in writing to the secretary at least a week prior to the next meeting so that it can be included on the agenda, otherwise time constraints may necessitate discussion on non listed business be deferred to a following meeting.

Officers and coordinators of the club can be emailed using the standard "firstname.lastname@saleshowjumping.com", and it will get to them.

Important communication regarding membership

Please remember that in 2012, the membership year will start to run from January to December rather than the financial year as in the past. We are therefore offering current members already paid up to 30th June 2012, to extend their membership to the 31st December for half the current yearly fee, $25 for single memebrships, $60 for family memebrships, provided they re-sign a membership form to bring the clubs compliance with insurance conditions up to date and pay before 30th June.

Any member who does not pay prior 30th June, will NOT be permitted to ride at club functions after that date, AND WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL FEE TO RE-JOIN for the rest of the year.

Payments accepted by Cheque, or EFT to the bank details on the clubs website, but remember, payment is not sufficient on its own, we must have received that signed form. Forms can be mailed to the club, see the contacts page on the website (PO Box 1130, Sale, VIC 3850), or handed in at a meeting or activity day.
